Consultation on Digital Service Design Standard

The Minister for Government Digital Services launched the new Digital Service Design Standard in July 2018. We’re now working on phase 2 — a fit-for-purpose assessment and support model for the implementation and maintenance for the standard.

The standard is a living document and we will continue to improve the product and incorporate your feedback through an iterative process. The standard was created through an open and consultative approach, and we want the same level of engagement and co-design in creating the implementation model.

We will collate the feedback from you, agencies, industry and the public to produce an assessment model and a revised draft of the digital service design standard. The new standard and assessment and support model will be published by June 2019.

Give your views on the 12 principles and how they can be assessed or supported
