James is Senior Advisor, Evaluation & Impact at DIA. He came to DIA via the Fletcher School at Tufts University in Boston, where he designed a data model for the GCDO in its previous role as the chair of the D9 nations.
Previously James was a data research analyst for an HR consulting firm, where he advised multinational corporations on the cost of living for their expatriate employees – travelling to over 40 countries in the process and working on behalf of companies such as Chevron, Coca Cola, and Proctor & Gamble.
