Shaquat Kabir (Shaf) is the Team Leader of Development and Testing Services for AoGSD (All of Government Service Delivery) within the Digital Public Service Branch at Te Tari Taiwhenua Department of Internal Affairs.
Shaf and his team design, build and manage digital products, including:

• New Zealand Gazette
• Digital.govt.nz.
His interests include ergonomic keyboards, HAM radio and electronic music. In a previous life, he was also an educator.
