SAP Cloud Framework Agreement

The SAP Cloud Framework Agreement (CFA) provides a pan-government contract that allows eligible government agencies to buy SAP cloud software and professional services under standardised terms.

Service description

This pan-government agreement covers SAP’s full cloud portfolio supporting the intelligent agency, including public and private cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP), citizen experience and engagement, platform and data management, innovation and analytics platform, human capital management and payroll.

The agreement also covers professional services.

Adopting the service

Eligible government agencies can adopt the SAP Cloud Framework Agreement by contacting the lead agency and signing an affiliate sign-up form.

This agreement is not a common capability agreement, which means your organisation may need to consider a primary procurement to procure goods and services from the SAP Cloud Framework Agreement.

A small administration fee of 1.75% of the total spend by agencies will be applicable. This fee is used to manage the contract on behalf of all government agencies.
